I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing. If a doctor did not provide the appropriate care, especially considering your medical condition, you might have grounds for legal action. Medical malpractice cases generally require showing that the doctor had a duty to you, failed to meet that duty, and caused you harm as a result.
Given the complications you've described, such as sinus damage and ongoing pain, it's important to gather all your medical records and document your symptoms thoroughly. Consulting with a lawyer who has experience in medical malpractice can help you understand your rights and the strength of your case.
Taking these steps can help you pursue the compensation and resolution you deserve. Don't hesitate to reach out to a legal professional to discuss your situation in detail and receive personalized guidance.
