Q: negligence at the emergancy or not?
After my Marathon in Chicago I went to the hospital because of huge pain in my right leg. There was no imaging at my first visit. They told muscle tear. After three days I went there again, because pain was still high, again no scan, no xray.
Back in Germany I went straight tonthe hospital and after 10 Minutes and one simole x ray I had a bad diagnose fracture of the femoral neck followed by an emergany surgery.
Is this a case?
