Q: Is it legal or can I sue the water company for my bill ? they allowed the bill to accumulate & sent it to another addres
They are demanding that my elderly father pays it or they shut off his water and EVERYONE KNOWS THAT IS WRONG AND WATER IS LIFE NO WATER NO LIFE . They sent the bill to Seattle instead of the house and my dad is adhd so out of sight literally out of mind . I would have to pay the bill if I messed it up at work so I think they should share in that responsibility
