Q: Final court order between father and mother
Court order states…..The FATHER and MOTHER
shall have joint legal custody of the parties' minor children with MOTHER having final decision-
making authority for the children's medical, religious teaching, education and extracurricular
decisions. However, MOTHER shall have a duty to consult FATHER prior to making a final
decision.
He has recently started working out of state during his week and has been leaving kids with his mother and pregnant girlfriend. Last week youngest child was sick and no one took her to doctor. When I got her, she has strep throat, bronchitis and pneumonia. Do I have to give her back next week if he’s not there?
