Q: Should I consult a lawyer before sending a settlement demand letter to a Medical Center?
Is it mistreatment if an emergency room does not listen when you ask for someone of color to assist you because of past trauma ? They ended up cancelling my bill because they admitted me like a crazy mental patient not someone already under multiple doctors care for anxiety. I don't have money for a lawyer because now it's hard for me to work from the PTSD experienced in the hospital I have more medical bills and debt.
