Q: 09/11/2024 I WENT TO JAIL I WAS CHARGE OBSTRUCTING GOVERNMENT OPERATION..
MY DAD HAS DEMENTIA HIS AIDE CALL ME THE DAY IN QUESTION AND TOLD ME THAT POLICES WERE AT THE HOUSE. I CAME HOME THEY CLAIM TO HAVE A SEARCH WARRANT (THEY DID). I HAD TO ASK FOR IT THEY TOLD THE AIDE THEY WERE DOING A WELLNESS CHECK TO GET INSIDE THE HOUSE. EVENTLY, THE SEARCH WARRANT WAS TOLD TO HER VERBAL LIKEWISE, TO ME WHEN I MADE IT HOME. THEY TOLD HER NOT TO CALL NOBODY AND SHE WENT OUTSIDE TO SMOKE A CIGARETTE AND CALL ME. I WENT TO COURT 10/17/2024 AND THE JUDGE FOUND ME GUILTY, AND HE DISMISS THE CHARGES AND PUT ME ON 2 MONTHS PROBATION THEN HE DECIDED NOT TO PUT ME ON PROBATION AFTER I LEFT THE COURT ROOM AND WAS DOING THE PAPER THE LAWYER CAME AND TOLD ME THE PROBATION WAS SUSPENEDED JUST PAY $ 340.00 IN COURT COST AND FINES! I WAS PUT IN JAIL FOR GOING IN MY DAD'S ROOM NOT KNOWING WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON SOME DNA SAMPLE WHICH WAS COMPLETED BEFORE I MADE IT HOME! THE POLICE OFFICE PUT THE HANDCUFFS ON TO TIGHT AND BRUISE MY WRIST , AND HURT THE BONE AND STILL SORE!
