Q: Mold toxicity and eviction
We (my wife and I) have been living in this house for 13 years now. Since we first moved in, we have always had issues with mold, heating, cooling, rodents and even feces coming out of the ceiling and floor. For years First Fey Homes would send maintenance to our residence and even on the few occasions when they would show up they were unable to fix the problem. We were left with no other option but to start doing their job for them. Example: We have no heat, so we had to buy heaters to stay warm. As the of the beginning of this year we have no water in the home, so I have to buy tons of water jugs to take care of all our everyday water needs. The air does not work, so I bought fans to keep the house cool. I even bought a wet vac and mold spray for the constant flooding. We have spent so much time and money in the house. I spend all my days just breathing in the mold particals which is affecting my breathing. Now we are facing eviction as our slumlords are trying to blame these issues
