Q: What steps to take when officer lies on your ticket
Officer said there were no passages, when in fact there was 2 passages. 2nd lie said no search when in fact he did search both my passages and the vechicle after serial times of me telling him no he was not and could not search the vehicle. He continued to say he smelled pot. Even after the vechicle didn't match the tags I told him again if that's the case then it's saying I'm not the owner you best not search it. As he did anyway, without a drug dog. 3nd lie never marked down 2nd officer that was on screen. Let's not forget that I was on private property standing outside with the keys in my pocket with hood raised up when the officer pulled up behind then turned his lights on then walked up to me. Then markedly on my ticket no seat belt.
