A: For defense against a rights claim by generative systems under Article 14 (Right to Equality) and Article 32 (Right to Constitutional Remedies), you could reference Naruto v. Slater (2018), where the U.S. Ninth Circuit ruled that non-human entities cannot claim copyright protection - this establishes precedent about limiting legal personhood. Additionally, the Supreme Court's judgment in Union Carbide v. Union of India (1989) supports government restrictions on entities that pose potential public risks.

You might also cite State Trading Corporation v. Commercial Tax Officer (1963) where the Supreme Court clarified that fundamental rights are primarily meant for natural persons, not artificial entities. For international perspective, consider referencing the European Parliament's resolution on Civil Law Rules on Robotics (2017), which discusses framework for robot liability while maintaining human oversight. The judgment in Uttarakhand Harela Power v. Union of India (2016) affirms the government's right to impose reasonable restrictions when public safety is concerned.
