I am trying to work with him so we can attend and he keeps sending negative slander, and refusing to work with me. She's 4 and not overdue till 5 technically but she turned 4 in July. It's October we split June he cut money and didn't pay support etc and still refusing to do so although we got an order he agreed too.. he is also using the apt to "check for smoke inhalation" after heaving her over a week. Saying my mom smoked in the van on the drive down
He's also using it to paint me as a bad parent. I could care less I just want to be there for her last big well check that he made behind my back I was willing to drive the entire way vs half that day etc. Hes doing it to be spiteful and I wrong for fighting to attend
