Q: What to do if my wife left and now wants me to leave the house. She has been gone 30 days and took the kids for 21 days.
On October 5th my wife and I got in a dispute. My truck had just broke down and I lost 60% of my work flow. The argument was over spending money. Upon returning home she implied she would like to leave. We are parked at the mail box and she gets out to get the mail and gets back in. As she is getting back in I tell her she is welcome to leave but I was taking the kids to the park. I was the one driving. She then calls the police and says that I am stopping her from leaving. We own two other cars she could have taken. I in no way held the door shut or locked to where she couldn’t leave. In July were having lunch and she became angry. She broke her plate full of food in front of my kids and began freaking out. I took a picture She has also punched the drywall and kicked in the bottom of the front door. Should I report this ? Now she threatens to “get the courts involved if I don’t surrender the house m-f. I run a business out of this house. It is our only income. Should I report her ?
