Shutterfly, without my authorization, basically set up an open "portal" to over 10k photos on my phone found in 18 different apps-- Google Photos, Cloud, Camera, even Reddit. I never, ever would allow any person or company to do this- there are screenshots of medical reports, financial documents, communications with attorneys, etc. I opened the SF account to share a limited number of specific photos with my brother. It was a one time event, for those images only, each of which was uploaded either as single photo or contained in a small album created just for that purpose- meaning it in no way opened the door for Shutterfly to access any other photos or albums anywhere on my phone. Shutterfly even has a list of 4 platforms - Instagram, Google, Amazon, FB- that you can select to give access permission. NONE of these were "on" in my account.
