What if you are traveling for your job and you get pulled over for speeding and while you were pulled over, they used a k-9 that indicated you had marijuana. The officer tells you don't need to worry about the speeding ticket and give a number to find out if you will be charged for possession after the content is analyzed. He gives you a receipt no ticket and you call multiple times to check and update on work status and location. You hear nothing from the office you, so you pay to check the Iowa records. You receive nothing in the mail or call. You return home and get pulled over due to an Iowa warrant. You call Iowa and you’re told you have 3 warrants. You’re informed you need to pay $1600 to elevate the warrants and then they set a court date in which you must appear in Iowa. The marijuana was left in the car by someone you helped when their car was being towed. The put their possession in the of the car where it was found
