Q: Is there a lawyer that will take my case for free to bring a civil suit against ODHS
ODHS did not follow their own guidelines from the very beginning of the case. They did not reach out to a relative to take the kids when they were removed from their home. I did get visits with my grandson and even overnight visits until I did not agree with them and then they immediately took away my visits. I was informed that they were taking my visits away since I did not align with their idea of a safety threat because my son was the accused. I feel like I have been discriminated against because I would not agree with ODHS that I thought my son would hurt the kids.
