Q: My dog that I had for 11 yrs was stolen from me but he wasn't registered. What can I do to get him back?
It's been almost 2 years since he was taken I have pictures from prior to him being taken and others who can confirm that I've had him for so long prior to this. He was basically my emotional support animal I just hadn't yet to get the paperwork taken care of.
