Additional info is I'm way in over my head & can't find 1 person to help me. I've lost my home & I'm trying to get back in it. I'm sure I wrote my appeal wrong too.the other side filed a motion, said they told me but didnt. They sent email to a email that was never mine. They had the hearing I lost cuz I wasn't there didn't know about it til the sheriff came to remove me from my home I own & judge gave my ex 100% of my home & ordered to sell it. I have no id,money, meds, clothing, shoes, coat my pets nothing! They wouldn't let me get anything!.I live in my car now I was never notified. His lawyer sent it to the wrong email but after 2 yrs of fighting for my house they know my correct email.both names are on the deed we never married he's never lived here or came inside he helped with the money to get it. He's worth 2 million & got me lots of expensive stuff. How can he take away my primary home and my pets!!
