Q: need a litigator for contract and tort

breach of contract purchased of a defective slingshot (paid cash) that was taken back to the dealer 4 times. Defective slingshot jumped out of drive into neutral while driving on the beltway. The dealer claims the slingshot was defective and finally fixed on the 4th try. 2 time the slingshot was return by Tamara, once by Thomas with the result the jumping out of drive into neutral continued. 4th time they claimed to be fixed to the services satisfaction but not to us. We refused to accept Slingshot. Thomas and Tamara suffer from PTSD both 100% disable veteran. Tort-- Negligence, intentional sever emotional distress, alienation of affection, pain and suffering including increase migrant headache with other suffering condition.
