Q: When a foster parent kinship allows emotional abuse in front of said children,( hearing bad things about their parents)
Taken to another court house while foster’s mom tried to get a VPO on parents in hopes of parents not being allowed to see children. Children got to witness the foster place hands on mother in the presents of children and pushes her away physically. DHS was informed and don’t want to hear it
