Las Vegas, NV asked in Uncategorized for Nevada

Q: Hi I pawned my PlayStation 5 to a pawn shop for 180 dollars I told the worker I have 5 or 6 games

On the hard drive He knew about them and told me they don't count or add in the games. The games come to roughly $350 that even if they sell the PlayStation to somebody else they're still getting the games. I feel I got ripped off and the guy knew about it

A: A Nevada attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a week. Sorry your deal turned out to be unfair. Legally, there probably isn't much to do that would be justified in terms of time and money in involving an attorney. The shop could argue that as far as they were concerned, the only thing of value to them was the console and not the additional games. You could be right, and the games may have held value for them and they may have known that, but it could cost more for an attorney to prove your position. This is only my individual take on the situation - it's possible other attorneys could see things differently, who might tell you have a position worth pursuing. Good luck
