Q: My Mother and my brother pressured my sister in law to give her guardianship of there baby.
My sister in law ask my mother all the time when can she get him back and she tells her that she needs to work on her parenting, but how can she do that when she will not let the mother do anything. How can she get guardianship back of the child. The mother lied on the paper and said a bunch of stuff. My sister in law had witnesses of some of those things she lied about, plus the mother and the son use to hit her a choke her and the mom knew he was abusing his wife in front of her and never said anything. Please help she just wants her child back ….. we are in Alabama
