Savannah, GA asked in Family Law for Alabama

Q: What can I do if DHR showed me 72 hour nothing and game me no reason for a judge signing a 72 hour pick for my children

DHR has been trying to schedule a home visit due to someone making a report due to the state of my home, I'm not entirely sure what tht even means but I have been trying to obtain a lawyer to help me speak to them. I don't trust DHR in anyway. So they have not been to my home. I have not received anything in writing requesting anything from me. Last night we left our home and there was a child probably one and a half years old running from a driveway in nothing but a diaper, it was 50 degrees outside, we stopped and put him in the car and called 911. The investigator showed up first and knew the child, then a few other officers and a dhr worker. They get the toddler and then proceed to tell me and my husband that a judge has signed a 72 hour pickup for my children and when i asked for the paperwork the other worker said the officers had it. I still haven't seen any legal paperwork stating my children should have been taken from me, what can I do?
