Lac du Flambeau, WI asked in Civil Rights and Medical Malpractice for Wisconsin

Q: An intern psychiatrist violated my civil rights to make my own informed decision about EMDR therapy.

I have proof that she didn't write it in her notes that she did the first step of it. I've been having physical and emotional flashbacks about being raped by a foster father when I was a kid for almost 6 years now. Reliving being raped over and over again. I don't have any money to hire a malpractice attorney, and I want to know if a lawyer will take my case on a contingency plan. I have the proof that she didn't tell her supervisor that she did it to me. Why didn't she say anything about it in her notes? Her notes say that I didn't want to go through this process, and she did it anyway.
