Q: My brother and I went to a bar. We ordered some drinks and then later we ordered some food. The food was horrible, we
told the owner and he got mad. He told us to go somewhere else if we don’t like his food. We decided to leave and go home. We got home safe with no problems. Now my brother is all paranoid the owner might try to be mean and call the cops and say he was drinking and driving. It’s been a week now since we went to that bar and no police officer has contacted him, but my hypothetical question is: If the owner does decide to do something like this, what are the chances the police would pursue it? If they were to pursue it, what are the chances it would be a strong case? Thank you!
