Q: Ohio I want to sue ulta for not holding up to their rewards program. They refuse to give back my $450 help. they lie
I am a single grandmother who shops at ulta (and have gotten their high-interest credit card) to earn points which equals dollars to shop at their stores. their program enabled me to save money. I recently went into an Ulta store w/ a friend I got my hair cut, and purchased other products, while standing at the register the lady was adding up the order, I noticed a Dyson Air straight I mentioned I wanted to purchase one using my points ($450) she quicklysgrabbed one added it to the order. I noticed that my other products of purchase were also subtracted by points. I immediately popped up I told her I wanted the Dyson product on a separate order only using my points. My friend was paying for the other products. The haircut and other items were to be on separate order. She voided only some of the items off of the order, the Dyson was one of them. She then told me my points would be refunded in 3-5 days and then I could purchase the Dyson product of my choice. THat was 4 weeks ago.
