Q: Revoking POA? Can my grandmother Sign the statement to remove my sister as her POA without identification with her bank.
My grandmother has severe diabetes and dementia she can't handle her glucose by herself My sister is the only one that has being caring for her My mom and aunts explained plenty of times they would not take care of my grandmother and if that happened they would put her in a home. Last year I helped with getting the POA drafted for my sister and at that time my Granny was listening and taking her health serious and she had a month to decide if she wanted to go through with the POA so no one could take her away from home or take her funds and leave her with no money for rest the month. Come to find out on Nov 1 my grandmother revoked her as POA at her credit union. But my sister only found out through the teller when she went to the union 3 days ago. She asked my grandmother about it and she's saying she didn't sign nothing. She went back to the union to see if they could give her the copy, they said no. We have her identification cards how would she get it notarized then is this legal
