Q: Is it legal for a property manager to park his motorcycle behind my car making me late for work? He wanted to talk to me

My property manager parked his motorcycle behind my car, making me late for work. He said it was because he had been trying to get ahold of me for quite some time due to the board having something very serious they needed to talk to me about. He Knocked lightly on my door that morning and i thought it was the neighbors downstairs. No email, text, or phone call. He said it was so serious he could not tell me over the phone, he needed to have a person to person meeting with me with a witness. I had been asking him over the course of a couple of weeks about having a car moved that was parked on the white line making it difficult for me to exit my car. He never followed up on any of those texts. I told him I would meet with him after work sometime but didn't want to deal with it before work. I went to the pool to get a key from him and was denied it because I wouldn't have a meeting with him then. Then he lied on website stating he didn't give it to me because I didn't have money.
