Q: My half brother made a false statement on a report to a police officer by saying I sexually assaulted him
He tried to get a order of protection against me it didn’t get granted because I stated why there shouldn’t be one against me when the judge questioned him about the lie he told he further lied to the judge by telling him that he didn’t say that I sexually assaulted him when indeed on the report it said the respondent which is me sexually assaulted me referring to him and I wanna know what can I do to hold him accountable for this horrendous lie he told he knowingly told this lie on me and I have the evidence to prove that he’s lying.
