Q: Im getting charged with sublet fee for my rental condo by mgmt company retroactively for last 4years. Is this fair?
They have two diff dept working in silo and didnt know my apt was being rented out and saying just found out. And so they are daying i need to pay the sublet fee for last four years.

At this point, you could consider reaching out to landlord-tenant attorneys to review your matter and associated paperwork. They would have insight into this type of situation. You probably already feel it's not fair, but you're probably really wondering if it's permissible under New York law.
