Lynchburg, VA asked in Employment Discrimination, Employment Law and Landlord - Tenant for Virginia

Q: Hostile work environment, wrongful eviction. I need help

I am a maintence man in Virginia. I have been with this company for 3 years and have always been in good standing. Recently, Me and the VP of my company got into a disagreement and now I'm convinced she has it out for me. When I was hired part of my deal was that I would have a apartment for free and be responsible for my property and another in case of emergencies. Now she has told me I have 30 days to vacate my unit (with no paperwork), She has taken all of my office and shop keys and has me responsible for 2 more properties as well as my other 2. So I'm doing more while being given less. Just yesterday she threatened to fire me over something miniscule. She's completely changed my livelihood being vindictive and i can't help but think there may be something racial going on as I am the only black maintenance man they have here and they're doing similar things to our only black property manager. Idk something about this just doesn't seem right..
