Q: Laws about individual on the same property
Myself and some friends are saving up to buy a sizable chunk of land in the near future. We’re currently looking anywhere from 10-50 acres based on location. In Kentucky, are there any laws saying how many houses can be build on a plot of land? We’re not worried about having any falling outs with each other as we’ve all lived together in the past. It would likely be 3-4 homes being built. We’re all from Kentucky but we’re not certain about the legality of multiple homes on one land plot.
