Q: Is a license required for this business model?
I have a mobile app that shares sports betting predictions. there is no gambling in my mobile app. only predictions of the results of sports matches are shared only by me. users see these predictions as paid subscribers. for example the result of the LA lakers vs Boston Celtics NBA game, Boston wins and the odds are 1.50. the odds are the win rate if a bet is placed. this information is shared. but when sharing the odds, there is no reference to a casino site or advertising gambling in any way. only the odds: 1.50. is this business model legal in the US and if so, do I need a state and US license?
