Q: Grandparents visitation.
My daughter who is (16) has a baby with and 18, they live with his mom. Since the baby was born we ( the grandparents)have been in her life now the babys father will not allow us to see her after we got into a disagreement when he wrecked my daughters vehical.
We have asked to see her and my daughter has asked and she says it starts an argument between them and he screams at her.
We want to see the baby but we don't know who we need to take to court when we file the petition for visitation.
Since she don't care , its him we have to deal with and he's 18 so we can't take him to court because he is considered a minor in Alabama.
His name is on her birth certificate but the baby does not have his last name and he has not established paternity.
Where do we go from here?
