Q: I have a car parked on my land that did not have permission to park there. Can I claim it?
The car is unregistered, with no plates and is not street legal. I’ve sent several reminders to the owner to pick it up, but they continue to give reasons why they can’t. They haven’t made storage payments or contacted me. I’ve officially told them that if they don’t remove the vehicle then I’ll pursue legal action
