Q: What does Idaho law state about neighbors, who do not stay on their own property?

I have a next door neighbor who is driving on my property whenever they back their boat into their backyard, which has ruined my sprinklers close to the property line. The neighbor should pay for the damage. You could probably sue in small claims court if you have enough proof.

Q: Is purjury expungable in idaho

It been over 16 years...done all that was asked...I recieved 6 months work center..
