Q: how to get a person off the deed to a house?
my father passed away and he disinherited two of his step children but one of them is on the deed to the house is there a way to get her off the deed

A: If Father had already conveyed real property prior to his death, then that property is not part of his Estate. Heirs of Father would need clear evidence of fraud or the deed on its face failed to actually convey to set it aside in a difficult suit. Hire a NH attorney to search the title and look at deed, including the notary, to determine the legitimacy of the conveyance.
