Q: Hancock county trying to adopt out my son without first attempting a service plan to reunify

I have emailed xx xx xx of CPS of Hancock and have called several times in the past ten months. I've also texted them, along with supervisor Demetria and my court-appointed attorney. I have not had a family team meeting, a case plan, or a case manager, and I have not been informed about my court hearings. The judge has held a hearing without me, allowed my lawyer to withdraw, and canceled my visits. There has been no communication from CPS despite my efforts to reach out, especially since I was visiting my son regularly for 8 out of the last 10 months. The investigations office has my phone number, but I have not heard back in 10 months. It has now been 3 months since I last saw my son.
