Q: Can the father and mother begin to coparent? Can He allow the mother to have parenting time unsupervised?

The last court order had written an expiration date for the mother to complete a mental health assessment and for the supervisor to not be supervising the mothers parenting time at the agreed expiration date. Would it be legally okay to begin to drop the child off with the mother during her parenting time? except the supervisor won’t be there. The father is afraid it’s against the law to do? Will the mother get in trouble for being without supervision? at this point i feel like the mother is being alienated, the father has still only continued to speak to the supervisor(maternal grandmother of the child). The expiration has expired and at this point none of us know what we are allowed to do. The father takes advantage of the grandma and she doesn’t know if she can say no or if she is allowed to let her daughter go ahead and be a mom. we are on edge about what to do. The grandma isn’t a lawyer or has the strength to prove/ reason with the father that its perfectly fine to let the mother
