Q: Minnesota proved me an unfit mother in 2017, I gave permanent custody of my son to his maternal grandma on his dad's

Side, who resides in NC, Northstar kinship foster placement I believe it was called, however a little over 2 years ago, she returned my son back to me, to MN, she just couldn't handle him anymore, he became to much in other words, and I wanted nothing more then to have my son back, she got him on a plane, and hes been with me ever since, 2023 of jan, but now she's making plans on him moving back to NC , my son is 16 now, he moved to NC when he was 8, I had to voluntarily sign permanent custody over to his grandmother, for his best interest, but that was then, and this is now, can she seriously take him from me??, after neglecting him?? Wouldnt that make her unfit in this situation? Do I have to let him leave with her after any of this please help
