Q: My employer denied my accommodation request & have refused/ignored my request for them to submit objective evidence.
Accommodation request was denied, citing safety reasons. I asked for objective evidence that would prove the accommodation and/or I would present safety concerns. It has been 3 months since I last heard anything despite asking multiple times for objective evidence.
I also received two different reasons of why it was denied, and they were not consistent. One said because it was a safety concern, and another was that it was against policy.
