Q: they did not let anyone speak on my son's behalf during his trial, no one got to tell the whole story. is that right?
they said he walked calmly to get help, not true, with this being his first child he asked his mother-in-law she worked in the nursing field what to do when the baby fell, and she told them she would be ok. they talked about them going to play basketball after the trial it was my idea to go to the park because in stressful events, he would go shoot some baskets and his wife would run. they talked about they went to ceder point. i told them to get away from all the press. he also let them film him walking through the accident of her falling. talked about his juvenile record having 2 batteries but didn't understand they were both self-defenses, just picked the wrong fight. talked about other healed fractures by her mother pulling her up by her arms and letting her head hang as she dangled her, I was there and we got into an argument about it, i told her that she could hurt her really bad. there is so much more that wasn't heard because they wouldn't let anyone speak in his defense
