Provide any details I was informed that the dealer has taken no action since Sep 7. I’ve visited and called the dealership several times only to be lied to or misinformed on the status of the permanent plates. The DMV rep mentioned that the dealer has 60 days to complete the request for permanent plates and they have not. She mentioned there could be typical legal actions to follow up on. Is this true? And if so what is they settle amount on average? Thanks for your time
