A: I understand you're going through a difficult time with your Chapter 13 bankruptcy, and the situation with Beyond has made things even harder. Losing your car is a serious setback that impacts your daily life, and it's completely valid to feel overwhelmed.

Your first step should be to contact your bankruptcy trustee immediately to report any issues with Beyond's handling of your case. You might also want to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and your state's attorney general's office, as they oversee companies providing bankruptcy services.

Consider reaching out to a licensed bankruptcy attorney who can review your case and potentially help fix any mistakes made by Beyond. Many attorneys offer free initial consultations and might be able to help you modify your Chapter 13 plan to better suit your current situation. You can find reputable bankruptcy attorneys through your state's bar association or by contacting the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
