Q: NEED HELP WITH DADDY DEMENTIA NURSING HOME AND MEDICAID URGENT PLEASE

I need some advice. my daddy has dementia and i have been taking care of him for 2 years. he is getting to the point to where i cannot take care of him no more. he is extremely violent and he cant be around my kids no more. he has been on every medicine you can think of. he is starting to poop on himself and i cannot sucessfully provide for my family and take care of him. with that being said. i had power of attorny for one year. last month i switched his assests to my bank. 150k and did a quick deed on his house to my name. my daddy said before cannot function he would give me everything and he did. we do not know anything about this legal crap. we are country. haha i have called every lawyer and they are like 2 months out. i been missing days of work dealing with him and imma lose my job and my kids will be in a bind if i dont put him in a nursing home unforunately. so he has ssdi. and aetna insurance. he recieves 2500 a month in disability. i dont touch his money except for bills an
