Q: Good evening. Please let me know what are my legal options
* My son was physically assaulted by a senior QB
* Informed Guidance counselor via email - stated that the dean was notified
* Guidance counselor and dean did not contact me to let me know if issue was addressed
* Contacted the guidance counselor and dean, asked them both if they had spoken with senior, neither of them
responded to my email.
* My son was then physically verbally assaulted on two separate occasions after first assault
* Contacted the principal about incidents since the guidance counselor and dean were not addressing incidents
* After contacting principal, the dean then started investigating incidents
* Received a letter from Board of Education which stated that the incidents don't meet the criteria for HIB
* On 11/22/24 - My son was assaulted by 2 students. A junior and a senior. Slammed into the locker and a body slam
was attempted, while one of the students were recording. None of the administrative staff has contacted me
