Q: Over all just curious if I have a legitimate case worth spending the time to find a lawyer to represent me.
To sum it up, I went in for a surgical procedure 2 months ago and found out I was pregnant during the pre surgery tests the morning of. It was a very early pregnancy only 4-5 weeks but they couldn’t see the fetus due to it being too early so they labeled it pregnancy of unknown location. 3 days later i had super light spotting that only lasted maybe an hour but I went to the er to be checked since that’s what the nurse over the phone recommended. During my er visit they checked my hcg levels and they had not doubled like they would have like to see but they were still increasing. The er doc recommended terminating the pregnancy because they figured I would most likely end up miscarrying. The gave two injections and sent me home. One week later I went in again to make sure my levels were going down and they had intact increased almost double. At that point I had to get another 2nd of injections to terminate, they never could find the location but confirmed it was not an ectopic.
