Q: WIRE FRAUD > my bank sent me a DOCUSIGN to authorize a Wire to one of my vendors , Fraudulent

my bank generally mails paper checks to my vendors , they sent me a wire transfer DOC U sign saying the vendor wanted to be paid by wire transfer , i authorized the wire transfer it was fraudulent, it appears the bank or vendors email was hacked , where do you think the liability would lie between the parties ( i acually paid the vendor as i have a 40 year relationship with them) bank has notified there insurnce , and asked tht i doo the same , its a 6 figure sum
