Yuma, AZ asked in Civil Litigation, Domestic Violence and Family Law for Arizona

Q: 10/4 Ex filed temporary orders with petition to modify joint legal/physical custody-served 10/10, received Exhibits10/30

Exhibits were known to be inaccurate accounts after addressed in Ex reporting exact claims to CPS9/27, Learned court date 11/1 with it listed on the coverpage. Never served an order to appear. Attended Hearing with no evidence prepared that shows these false given the 2 day notice with it now my parenting time along with working full time -final judgement granted ex final say. Can I do anything to ask court to reconsider given this and the fact that the information is intentionally misleading and in fact not motivated in the children’s best interest ex: Mom negligent of needs-did not take daughter to am apt 9/25&failed to reschedule, also failed to schedule 1wk Follow up apt per ER discharge 9/11. 9/25 daughter was with father in am because my parenting time starts at 8 he chose instead of him taking her to ensure she didn’t miss already adamant I am unfit,he sent her to school on the bus.He rescheduled apt and also scheduled the 1wk Follow up 10/3-10/4file claims against me.
