Q: A vehicle I sold was never registered now is impounded and they're trying to charge me. What can I do?
The vehicle I had sold has been in an impound lot for 3 months prior to me being notified stating I'm responsible and need to pay $5,000 otherwise it'll be auctioned off and id be forced to pay the difference. The vehicle was never registered by the guy I sold it to and I do not have his contact information. I want to get the vehicle back to avoid being charged for something I dont have.
