Q: I was wondering if I could pursue legal action against a car dealership, believe they withheld information about my loan
I believe they purposely withheld information about my auto loan. I never received a copy of our contract and it was only until recently that I downloaded the app to check my progress that I realized they were charging me 6k to finance through their bank. Leaving the total I need to pay more than 15k. I remember electronically signing on the employees computer screen but never informed about such a drastic amount being added to my car loan. The vehicle was 9700 and I put down 4k. On the app it says I still owe over 9k.
