Q: Is this situation categorized as sexual assault? Can there be legal action taken?
When I was 13, my sisters were 6 and 9. We stayed in a room together and one night decided to play a game. The details are foggy so I don’t remember how it started. This game was some sort of tickling game and eventually made its way to inappropriate tickling on top of clothing. I believe I allowed it to happen for a moment at that age because I enjoyed sexual pleasure. However, it stopped shortly afterwards and never happened again. I have told my parents about it and even asked one of my sisters about it (6yrs old at the time.) She doesn’t seem to remember nor feel harmed by me. Though I haven’t asked my other sisters due to reasons, she doesn’t even bring up the situation nor act like I harmed her in anyway. I am almost 21 and this situation is almost ten years ago but still bothers me because I don’t want to get into any legal trouble.
